DEPOSIT POLICY
I require a deposit equivalent to 10% of the donation for all new clients. Deposits can be sent via E-Transfer or Amazon/Sephora gift card to sophiaxxvan@gmail.com. The deposit ensures that both of our time is taken seriously and that your booking slot is held.
For screening, I accept any one of the following options:

A photo ID with everything except your name and photo blocked out, or

A LinkedIn account, or
-
Two references from other reputable providers
CANCELLATION POLICY
If you need to cancel with more than 48 hours' notice, your deposit can either be applied to a future date or refunded, whichever you prefer. Cancellations made within 48 hours of our scheduled time will result in a forfeited deposit. A new deposit will be required to secure any future bookings. While I make every effort to honor our plans, in the rare event that I need to cancel, your deposit will be returned in full within 48 hours or credited toward a future appointment based on your choice.
